Krantz v. Young 271 A.D.2d 831

In this action, brought by the plaintiff to recover the sum of $3,234.77, which he claims the defendant embezzled from him on the 29th of March, 1945, and converted to her own use, judgment in favor of the plaintiff unanimously affirmed, with costs.
