Mary Masterson, Respondent, v. Crosstown Street Railway Company of Buffalo and International Railway Company, Appellants.

Judgment and order affirmed, with costs.. All concurred, except McLennan, P. J., who dissented, upon the ground that the evidence fails to establish actionable negligence on the part of the defendants and plaintiff’s freedom from contributory negligence. Spring, J., not sitting.
