Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Special Term, Franklin County, which denied a motion to renew an application for a writ of coram nobis. Appeal dismissed, without prejudice to the appellant’s right to have the same reinstated upon a record containing the minutes of the hearing in the original coram nobis proceeding. Foster, P.
