Error to the Circuit Court of Huron county.

Judgment affirmed, because one ground assigned by the circuit court for reversing the judgment of the court of common pleas was that the latter court erred in overruling the motion for a new-trial, and it appears that one ground for a new trial, stated in the motion, was that the verdict was against the weight of the evidence.
