13076.

Mills v. Braswell.

Decided March 7, 1922.

Foreclosure of lien; from' city court of Fort Gaines — Judge Turnipseed. October 10, 1921.

E. R. King, for plaintiff in error. E. L. Smith, contra.

Broyles, C. J.

There is no substantial merit in any of the special grounds of the motion for a new trial; the verdict is supported by some evidence, and, having been approved by the trial judge, this court is without authority to interfere.

Judgment affirmed.

Luke and Bloodworth, J.J., concur.
