MORSS, Respondent, v. BURNES et al., Appellants.

Action by Annie A. Morss against Edward Burnes and others to foreclose a mortgage. A prior mortgage existed in favor of one Hawley D. Clapp, but he had released the same in plaintiff’s favor as to the premises covered by her mortgage.
