PER CURIAM.

Appellant was jointly charged, tried and convicted with co-defendant, Tommie Lee Kennedy. The points which appellant raises on appeal are substantially identical to those heretofore considered and determined to be without merit in the appeal filed by Tommie Lee Kennedy. See Kennedy v. State, Fla.App. 1972, 256 So.2d 276. The judgment and sentence appealed is affirmed on the authority of the cited case.
