Appeal by the relator, The New .York .Edison Company, from an order of the Supreme Court, made at the New York Special Term and entered in the office of the clerk of the county of New York on the 19th day of November, 1908, reducing an assessment for the purposes of taxation for the year 1903.

Per Curiam :

The objections of the relator to the order appealed from are the same as are considered in proceeding No. 3, between the' same parties and decided herewith. (People ex rel. N. Y. Edison Co. v. Wells, No. 3, 135 App. Div. 644.) For the reasons therein stated the order appealed from herein is affirmed, with costs.
