Action to recover damages for personal injuries suffered by plaintiff in a fall on an ice covered city street. Plaintiff appeals from a judgment in favor of the defendant, dismissing the complaint at the close of her ease. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Carswell, Acting P.
