STATE v. ROUT.

Appeal from Twenty-Fifth Judicial District Court, Parish of Tangipahoa; W. S. Rownd, Judge.

Elijah Rout was indicted for violating a contract of hire, the indictment was quashed, and the State appeals.

Affirmed.
