Order granting reargument of motion to strike out the second, fourth and sixth defenses of defendant Goldburg, and the first defense of defendant New Amsterdam Casualty Company, and on reargument vacating the order theretofore entered and denying the motion, affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements.
