273 So. 2d 418

Anna FLATHERS and Fred Flathers, her husband, Appellants, v. FIRST REPUBLIC CORPORATION OF AMERICA, a Delaware corporation d/b/a Sahara Motel, Appellee.

No. 72-805.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Third District.

Feb. 21, 1973.

Koenig & Katz and Harry N. Lembeck, Ft. Lauderdale, for appellants.

Podhurst, Orseck & Parks, Miami, for appellee.

Before PEARSON and CHARLES CARROLL, JJ., and CREWS, JOHN J., Jr., Associate Judge.

PER CURIAM.

Affirmed. See Winer v. Walo, Inc., Fla.App.1958, 105 So.2d 376. Appellant’s contention that the doctrine of res ipsa loqui-tur should apply to this trip and fall injury is unavailing. See Schott v. Pancoast Properties, Fla.1952, 57 So.2d 431; Brookshire v. Florida Bendix Co., Fla.App.1963, 153 So.2d 55.
