The People of the State of Illinois, defendant in error, v. Anton Chepanio, plaintiff in error.

Gen. No. 28,298.

Prosecution for transporting intoxicating liquor within prohibition territory. Defendant convicted after waiver of jury trial. Error to the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. John A. Bugee, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the October term, 1922.

Affirmed.
