CLARK, J. dissents and assigns reasons.

GUIDRY, J.,

dissents.

hi dissent from the majority’s action granting conditional admission to the practice of law. I would remand the matter to the Committee on Bar Admissions Panel on Character and Fitness for an investigation into the petitioner’s qualifications, and would further appoint a commissioner to take evidence and report to this court as to whether the petitioner has the appropriate character and fitness to be admitted.

CLARK, J.,

dissenting.

I dissent and would appoint a commissioner.
