March 4, 1982.

In re Louis Lacour, applying for writs of certiorari, mandamus, prohibition and stay order. Orleans Parish.

Denied; the request for continuance is moot after the recess granted by the trial judge; the recess gives defendant the opportunity to file a motion for bill of particulars if needed, and allows the state time to answer the motion filed. Previous stay order recalled.
