619 So. 2d 318

Randy WASHINGTON, Appellant, v. The STATE of Florida, Appellee.

No. 92-780.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Third District.

April 20, 1993.

As Corrected on Denial of Rehearing June 8, 1993.

Bennett H. Brummer, Public Defender, and Sheryl J. Lowenthal, Sp. Asst. Public Defender, for appellant.

Robert A. Butterworth, Atty. Gen., and Consuelo Maingot, Asst. Atty. Gen., for appellee.

Before BASKIN, FERGUSON and LEVY, JJ.

PER CURIAM.

In view of the fact that the evidence supports the trial court’s denial of the appellant’s motion for judgment of acquittal and, furthermore, that the error, if any, in denying the appellant’s motion to suppress was harmless, this case is affirmed in all respects.

Affirmed.
