The summary final judgment in favor of Ruiz is reversed upon a holding that the provision of the note which authorized an extension of time for repayment raises a genuine issue of fact as to when the causes of action for breach of contract, fraud and conversion arose under the applicable statutes of limitations.
Reversed and remanded for further proceedings.
