Order modified by striking out the words, “such part of the estate, or its proceeds, as may be necessary to satisfy the provisions of the judgment of the superior^ court in the cases • above mentioned,” and by inserting in lieu thereof the words, “so much as he shall actually have paid at the time of the accounting to satisfy the judgment of the superior court in the cases above mentioned ; and, as so modified, affirmed, without costs.
