Action by Joseph W. Stewart against the Union Bag & Paper Company.

PER CURIAM.

Judgment and order reversed, and new trial granted, with costs to appellant to abide event, unless plaintiff stipulates to reduce the verdict to $5,000, in which case the judgment is modified, and, as so modified, judgmeat and order affirmed, without costs.
