George Southwick, Respondent v. Adolph Bernhard, Appellant.

Appeal by defendant from judgment entered upon the verdict of a jury in plaintiff’s favor, and from an order denying defendant’s motion for a new trial. Action to recover damages for wrongful discharge of plaintiff from defendant’s employ.
