Hampton v. Snipes 1 Des. Eq. 125, 1 S.C. Eq. 125

It was decreed, that the defendant do forthwith execute titles to the complainant, in fee simple, for the house and lot mentioned in the pleadings: That he account with hin before the master for what rent he has received on ac-court of the premises from the time he dispossessed the com-plai-uM of them, (which it is referred to the master to state and report,) and that the costs of this suit be paid by the defendant.
