Violet D. Bacon, an Infant, by Virginia Brown, Her Guardian ad Litem, Respondent, v. Anna Wyckoff, Individually and as Administratrix of the Estate of Samuel Wyckoff, Deceased, Doing Business under the Name of Wyckoff Taxi Service Company, Appellant.

Judgment reversed on the law and facts and a new trial granted, with costs to the appellant to abide the event, on the ground that the finding that the plaintiff was a passenger for hire was against the weight of the evidence. All concur. (The judgment is for plaintiff in a taxicab negligence action.) Present — Taylor, P. J., Dowling, Harris, Larkin and Love, JJ.
