656 So. 2d 289

Leon STARLING, Appellant, v. The JACKSONVILLE POLICE AND FIRE PENSION BOARD OF TRUSTEES, Appellee.

No. 93-1934.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District.

June 27, 1995.

Robert J. Winicki of Mahoney, Adams & Criser, P.A., Claude L. Mullís, Jacksonville, for appellant.

Ronald J. Cohen of Klausner & Cohen, P.A., Hollywood, for appellee.

PER CURIAM.

The plaintiff brought suit challenging the Pension Board’s calculation of his pension. The trial court granted summary judgment for the Pension Board, refusing to disturb the Board’s construction of the terms and conditions of the pension plan. We agree with the trial court that the Board’s construction was correct and was rendered in good faith, and we affirm the trial court’s final judgment entered on this basis.

BOOTH, JOANOS and MINER, JJ., concur.
