PER CURIAM.

We remand this matter to the trial court for the sole purpose of permitting the trial court to replace the erroneous reference in Scott’s sentence to a nonexistent statutory section. In all other aspects, we summarily affirm.

Affirmed, in part, reversed, in part, and remanded for proceedings consistent with this opinion.
