In an action to recover damages for the death of plaintiff’s decedent by drowning because of the alleged negligence of the defendant, the issues were tried and submitted to the jury, which rendered a verdict in favor of the defendant upon which judgment has been entered. Plaintiff appeals therefrom. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Johnston, Adel and Taylor, JJ.
