In an action to recover damages for the wrongful death of plaintiff’s intestate, and for his conscious pain and suffering, which were caused by the claimed negligent operation by the defendant of an automobile owned by him, judgment in favor of plaintiff and against defendant unanimously affirmed, with costs.
