STATE v. MITCHELL.

(Oct. 22, 1923.)

Appeal from Eighteenth Judicial District Court, Parish of Acadia; Wm. Campbell, Judge.

Luteeia Mitchell was charged with unlawful possession of stolen property. Prom a judgment quashing the indictment, the State appeals.

Affirmed.

The state has appealed from a judgment quashing an indictment exactly like that which was annulled in State v. White (No. 26073) 97 South. 849,1 decided to-day. Por the reasons given in that case, the judgment in this case is affirmed.
