The People of the State of Illinois, defendant in error, v. George and Theressa Sheldon. Theressa Sheldon, plaintiff in error.

Gen. No. 6,977.

Information for violation of the liquor laws. Conviction under a count charging defendants with permitting the manufacture of intoxicating liquor in premises owned by them. Fines and imprisonment imposed and premises abated. Error to the County Court of Lake county; the Hon. Perry L. Persons, Judge, presiding. Heard in this court at the October term, 1921.

Reversed and remanded.
