SANDERS, C. J.,

is of the opinion that a writ should be granted. See State v. Ivy, La., 307 So.2d 587 (1975) and the authorities therein cited.

SUMMERS, J.,

is of the opinion the writ should be granted. The ruling of the trial judge is a violation of the secrecy of the grand jury contrary to express statutory authority. La.Code Criminal Procedure, Art. 434. The ruling is also contrary to repeated decisions of this Court.
