Mandamus to compel superintendent of police to restore relator to office of patrolman. Judgment for relator. Error to the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. Thomas Taylor, Jr., Judge, presiding. Heard in this court at the October term, 1920.

Reversed and remanded with directions.
