The district court should be ordered to hold a hearing at which it would determine whether relator’s medical treatment on the day of his guilty plea rendered him incompetent to plead guilty. See generally La.Code Crim. Proc. art. 642; State v. Nomey, 613 So.2d 157 (La.1993). In all other aspects, the application should be denied.
