359 So. 2d 195

STATE of Louisiana v. Roger MILLER.

No. 62229.

Supreme Court of Louisiana.

May 12, 1978.

In re: State of Louisiana applying for writ of review. Parish of West Baton Rouge.

Writ denied. Insufficient showing to warrant the interruption of the orderly trial proceedings.

SUMMERS, J.,

is of the opinion the writ should be granted. No showing has been made by the defense that the tapes contained contradictory statements. Such a foundation is essential to production of a witness’ statement in the State’s possession. State v. Weston, 232 La. 766, 95 So.2d 305.
