How is the division of a pension treated when making an Illinois alimony calculation?

My wife will get half my pension in a divorce, and probably maintenance. Is the maintenance calculation done before, or after the pension is figured in? In other words, when figuring our net incomes for maintenance, will mine be lower since I will only be receiving half my pension (and hers higher because she will now be getting half my pension)? Or is the maintenance calculation done before the pension split is considered?
